For me i was killed by a dingo... stupid weak rikku

Well, I only died on Seymour Omnis? (the second Seymour on Gagazet). Actually, I died on the "Spirit" cause it confused me and made me kill myself.

Well I used the three 9999 thing and everybody died except tidus
(this was at the last boss without sidequests) and I used reflect
earlier on Jecht because I hoped the shields on the side will stop
healing him and now That everybody's dead except tidus I used
death on him and it reflected on me and I died for the first time by
a F%$% stupid mistake

i think the earliest time i died in the game was on the tunder plains on my first attempt. and yuna went " . . . why? . . . " and i cried

Tidus.

Technically, not a monster, but definitely stupid and a pain in the arse if you've trained him well and he gets confused. He usually misses but the git managed to kill himself for once after he killed Auron and Lulu. Can't remember where though...
