whenever you open a destruction sphere chest it releases a symbol it meens youve broken the seal (its animas sign)you need to break all those seals

No, it just means that many other people have also confirmed to not having obtained the Knight's Lance, like myself. Even the strategy guide says you only need the treasures from the other 5 temples. That is why the sphere for Bevelle always lights up when you visity Baaj Temple.
