Need help

i am now at the stage where i will have to drive balamb garden to crash into galbadia garden but the problem is no matter what i do balamb garden won't crash into galbadia garden. Can someone help me??

Have you been to Trabia Garden/the Orphanage yet?

If not, go there now. You need to complete those areas and then take on G-Garden on the Cetra continent. You can't initiate the Garden battle when G-Garden is stationed at Balamb.

I can't really provide more help until you tell me exactly where you are in the storyline.

i gone to trabia garden and completed the event. But when i went to edea's house i can't even examine it.

I think what ForestOwl meant was visiting the orphanage through everyone's memories, while you're still IN Trabia Garden. And you can't go to Edea's house/orphanage until disc 3.
