I don't know if anyones asked this before. But what list is Seifer talking about?

As far as I know it's just a useless little list he has going of people to not like or something. Either that or a hit list. Makes sense since Seifer is like the Don of the Garden Mafia (or at least his little group that acts like the mafia)

Actually, if you go futher into the game when [spoilers] they are in the prison of Galbadia and Seifer is questioning Squall. Seifer will talk about a 'tough-nut-to-crack' list. I think that is the list he is talking about.

I always just thought of it as a joke - I know when we were growing up, if someone did something bad to you, you always joked that you were going to put them on "The List." The list wasn't anything real, just an idle threat that neither party took seriously. I just thought of it as such in this case - Seifer trying to be serious, but failing miserably as usual. I mean, Quistis obviously takes it as a joke - I think she laughs in response.
