I was just running around in the desert next to the portal where you find the Ragnarok on Disc 4 when I got random encounterized. At first there was no enemy there, then a UFO flew by with some sort of brown pyramid in its tractor beam. The "battle" ended and I didn't recieve anything. I thought it would be cool if it was some secret that gave me 9,000AP, but it was nothing. Does anyone know if I am going insane?

You're not going insane. In certain areas of the world you can find encounters with UFOs. If you see every UFO sighting you can fight the UFO on the cliffs near the Chocobo Forest place in Esthar (the one that's a forest inside a forest) and later meet Pupu at Balamb Island. Give him some Elixirs and he'll give you his card. If you like you can kill him, but I don't have the heart to.

Depends? Do you pronounce it "Poo-Poo" or "Pew-Pew"? I use the latter myself.

poo-poo is easier to say. and can you kill him AND still get his card?? because i know if you kill him you get a jet engine or something rare i think.
