Fujin's cute, quirky, strong and faithful - but her whole "one-word sentences of fury" routine in the first three-quarters of the game suggests either one of two things:

1) A very ridiculous persona she put on in public for some reason

or

2) A very serious personality defect of some sort.

Neither of those possibilities really add to her attractiveness. Same goes for her involvement in Galbadia's military campaigns, even though she was only there for Seifer's sake.
