Does anyone one know how many hits you get when you use the limit break Lionheart?

Well, I wouldn't say that.
I played several time and Squall doesn't seems to hit
the same number, mines varies between 16-20.
At least it's my theory.
(Also, your Squall will always hit the exact number of time during the entire game untill you replay the game, then will varie again.)

I count 20 on my last game, several times, could be wrong...

Squall always hits the same number of times. Same animation, same number of hits.

The animation isn't going to change every time you start a new game.
