When your on the Ragnarok with Laguna heading for the lunatic pandora, if you talk to Kiros he tells Squall he looks like his father or something to that affect. After that I think the several hints dropped in the ending fmv I think its obvivous but I think its kinda cool we can never be 100% sure of it.

It's so heavily implied that it can be considered a given. Much like Relm's parentage in FFVI.

their still not related though, Raine did not give birth to Ellone. So they are not blood-related. Which is what I was saying

Spoiler: In regards to Shadow/Clyde being her father, It's shown by:

1) Interceptor, who apparently eats strangers, is friendly with Relm.

2) Shadow's dreams reveal he's named Clyde and came from Thamassa and had a wife and young daughter that he left behind there.

I'm sure there's more evidence but, if memory serves, at no point does anyone say Shadow is Relm's father directly.
