Well I don't understand the question really. Both Ruby and Emerald weapon appears in the EU version. BOTH Pal and Original. Nothing to speak 'bout. Now, you go home and think about if you really have come far enough to make the weapons appear..

Hey Jammi!

I've beat both Ruby and Emerald weapon in the PAL version. I too suspect you just hadn't gotten far enough for them to appear. That's the only explanation because they're there alright.
Have you seen them now?

Trust me, i had. I guess i hadn't seen them because i wasn't specifically looking for them.

Though I've never had the misfortune to own one, I've heard rotten things about them.

Piggyback are infinitely better.
