I have a face few would be proud of - Some people in FFVII like this as it bring modern life and good facility.

But a certain grandeur none the less - ???

Few, if any, know my purpose - Mako purpose is to absorb Spirit Power only some of it know

And little it must seem - Very little people know it (Shin-Ra, People of Cosmo Canyon and the party)

But of great matters I surely handle - Providing good life as well as powering Shin-Ra soldier etc. of Mako goodness
