The only important things are the Hardedge (Cloud sword) from #rd Soldier and Carbon Bangles from Moth Slasher. Actually, in addition to what was listed, there are a few other weapons which can be stolen. They are:

Grand Glove (Madouge)
Atomic Scissors (Custom Sweeper)
W Machine Gun (Death Machine)

The armor list is complete.

thanks guys and the first guy who answerd was right i said im in the shinra buildig and therefor i wanted a list of all stealable weapons and armur. i for got about accseorys though what bout them

really, the only accessort you steal is the Tough Ring form Reno in Midgar the second time around. Everything else you buy and/or win from battles.
