is it the enemy skill materia, or something that gives a skill to it?

wait is it that flying weapon you get clouds final weapon from?

it gives something to that materia (yellow)
its some kind of black skill
and the screen goes white after you defeat it, i havent played this game in awhile so throwing a dart here

l2- her prayer fails on its own (slack bitch)
L3-if it fails witch it will on its own the black materia destoyes the earth
L4-she uses it for Holy the White materia.

I feel like the last "me" in the riddle refers to something different than the "I" and "me" in the first two lines, is that just my imagination?

Like if the answer is manipulating Zemzelett to receive the White Wind Enemy Skill:

Want to see what I give to yellow?, If you want the Zemzelett's Enemy Skill,
do not leave it up to me, it's not gonna cast it on you willingly.
for all you'll receive is black, Instead it casts black magic (Thunderbolt),
so use me to acquire white. Use Manipulate to acquire White Wind.
