#9 Dosen't explain the pointy shoes. |

| | I always thought his arm was mutated by Lucrecia's experiements. Isn't the black on his arm his actual arm and then the metal around it is just a gauntlet protecting it and hiding most of it from view? Also aren't the claws attatched to his fingers? That's just what I always thought because when you see him in that cutscene waking up and looking down at his hands his arm is black and he isn't wearing the gauntlet Last edited by Tidus_Girl; 10-06-2006 at 07:56 AM. |

| | His entire arm might not have died, and perhaps Lucrecia or Hojo wanted to keep as much flesh as possible. They may have removed the dead tissue and added that 'claw' part as the rest of the arm and perhaps as a little tissue preserving unit to keep the little arm tissue alive. As for the shoes, they are the furthest in the bloodstream, so they deteriate first. The 'pointed' parts are reworks of his feet, probably much like his arm. |

| | Thank God it didn't!!! That makes a lot of sense. I agree.
It's kinda hard to say, cuz I just happen to have a very detailed Vincent action figure and on the figure it looks like his hand is real, but I'm not sure. I don't know about the shoes.I think part of his arm might be real, and some might be a robotic arm like Shalula. |

| | If you want to get all deep n crap, i think the arm symbolizes the evil in him. I heard that the right side of a man is the pure half , as the left is the evil half. Vincent is a good person but has inner demons,as we all do but for Vincent his inner demon auctally comes out. So his right hand is normal showing his good pure half an the left, bien all claw an demony lookin, symbolizes the evil half of him.... pretty queer but it makes sense....as for the shoes....Vincent may just dig pointy shoes ![]() Please use the edit button to avoid posting two posts right after eachother. | | Same here, but if it wasn't attached in some way Vincent would have or been able to remove it. The black part of the Claw is either a remainder of the surviving tissue or a soft prosthetic for joint simulation. |
