I thought Kadaj was a girl. I found it rather easy to tell that the two other white haired guys were guys though.

I think that most of them really do look feminine, the only characters that don't look feminine are Loz and Barret. Because of them being tough guy types there the only ones that you can tell for sure that there male by just looking at them. Especially if you haven't played Final Fantasy 7.
