Just make this black/gray zip-up sweater thing reddish pink, or maybe even a salmon color, and he's Quistis on the dot.

Cloud's hair is actually quite long because of the spikes. If you look at the pictures of Cloud in FFVII and KH, the spikes are pretty much bigger than his head.
