"Aww..Pretty please? I'll give you my materia for it"

How about:
Reno and Rude wait for ages for Cloud to come out of the tunnel, so that they can throw the bomb at Yazoo and Loz, and they start talking. Deep in a conversation, they forget what they're supposed to do, and when Cloud drives past, they're so surprised that they randomly try to throw the bombs in panic, which hit the ground just in frot of them, and blow up themselves along with Cloud, who's barely gotten past their point.
Not that funny, but I tried.

when trying to drive inbetween reno and rude , cloud hits rude. CUT!

just imagine how funny it would look when it pauses and show a view of reno and rude

Okay this might not be very funny but who cares.
The bit where Reno and Rude have the bomb a Cloud look a like comes along on a motorbike and Reno sets the bomb. The real Cloud comes along and gets blown up CUT!!!!

The scene where Cloud stands in the middle of the flowers an aeris appears:
Aeris:" F*** you! I'm dead! You hear! DEAD and you son of a ***** are alive! Go and die!"

When Tifa takes the phone in her first scene:
"Hello? Strife's crematorium, blast furnace three, you kill it, we burn it?"
CUT

When Cid jumps onto bahamut he loses his cigaret.
Cut

In the Motorcycle scenes, suddenly a motorcycle runs out of gas and the other bikes crash into it.

cid gose to boots cloud in the air with his stafe but misses. stfe lands with stafe between his legs.

*everything gose silent, heroic music stops playing*

rest of cast: "Oooohh..."

Vincent: "thats gotta hurt"

Cid:"uhh cut?"

Cloud:" *high squeeky voice* "..ow..." *rolls of stafe and falls to ground holding his grion.
