When Cloud was Chasing Kadaj, Loz, and Yazoo, right before the bridge, the sign that Cloud breakes has refrence to WRO on it, are there any other refrences to it in the movie?

Spoiler: Rufus, or whatever his name is, the guy in the wheelchair, is the leader of WRO, he says something like "We need to give back what we took from the planet", something like that, I haven't seen the movie in about 6 months.

This movie has so many refrences and easter eggs etc that you have to watch it on super slow mo several times. Pause randomly and youll find something.
