Clever title, by the way.

Mog is cool to have lead. Any non-human or questionable-identity-human (Adlai) is pretty cool to have running around. Nothing cooler than having a sasquatch or a moogle ask for directions. Edgar is also useful to have in the lead whenever I'm at Figaro Castle, so I can get discounts.
