I know the Anthology version has 3 FMVs in, but what's the second FMV?

Look out - spoilers ahead!

There's the intro FMV showing clips of the main characters followed with a longer sequence of Kefka overseeing Biggs, Wedge and Terra who are saddling up their Magitek Armour units.

Then, at the end, there's "For the lovers", the best of the FMVs in my opinion.

Once you've saved the System File, you can access the 'trailer' FMV on the Bonus Menu. This is basically a collection of excerpts from the other two FMVs (which borrow a lot of material from each other anyway). The music here is the second half of the arranged version of 'Aria di mezzo Caraterre' from the album 'Final Fantasy VI: Grand Finale'.
