I never thought he looked like a dog, i always saw him as an old man with long hair.

If that's his mustache that's one crazy handlebar look going on. I always thought he looked like a dog if I looked closely, so I just turned a blind eye and pretended that he was a normal looking person. A puppy-dog looking emperor isn't scary or imtimidating.

Does anyone have a picture of the sprite floating around that we could check out?
