Here is my challenge, as soon as you are able to get Mog, Gau, Umaro and Gogo, you get them and beat Keffka's tower with no control over your characters. This means Mog is always Dance, Gau is always rage, Umaro...is Umaro and Gogo is also always Dance/Rage...your choice.
Extra Bonus: If GBA, beat the extra dungeon like this too

Or you could have a character put on the cursed sheild without a ribbon.

Well it does take some skill to choose the right rage and dance for the final battle.

I wouldn't really call it skill. It's more of a necessity to pick Wind Rhapsody or Snowman Jazz for their healing abilities or some rage that restores health (rarely used Gau) otherwise as soon as Fallen One/Heartless Angel hits, you're pretty much screwed. And even with picking either of those dances, it's still a random chance that you will the correct dance at the correct time and it will heal enough so you can survive his other attacks.

Of course, I guess if you outfit your characters correctly and increase their stats to the maximum allowed or possible, you stand a pretty good chance at level 99. I'd still say the chances of success are more based in luck than skill though.
