After the end of Final Fantasy VI, what do you think the characters did with their spare time?

Gau probably ended up in school somewhere. Since he's never been there, he probably has to start pretty low. I bet he pushes down girls he likes.

Terra probably just got pregnant right away and started popping out babies. She's a megamom now.

Edgar's answer is obvious. No, not king. He's a pimp.

Mog tried to make it as a dancer but gets kicked out of all the auditions when we causes avalanches

Terra's definitely a soccer mom now, carting around the kids in an SUV and stopping by Starbucks in the morning for the daily soccer mom meeting to discuss whatever it is that soccer moms talk about.

For some reason I see Locke and Celes getting married and then living like white trash with ten kids and always yelling at each other.

Terra looks after kids, Locke sexes Celes, Celes gets sexed by Locke, Setzer probably watches for kicks, Sabin and Edgar turn Castle Figaro into an intergallatic warship, Cyan sets up a flower shop in Zozo, Gau gets a regular spot on "Big Cat Diary", Mog gets eaten by Lone Wolf, Shadow stays dead, Relm and Strago try their spells on each other and subsequently destroy Thamasa, Umaro goes on to make films such as Commando, Predator and Kindegarten Cop and finally Gogo goes back to US politics.

Sabin would open a dojo and trains his students. Edgar would continue to flirt and rule his kingdom. Setzer would continue flying. Celes and Locke would get married and live in a secluded area. Mog would probably make Narshe a home for moogles(since no human no longer lives there). Terra would look after the children.

Gau tried to earn a little extra money mowing lawns but then he remembered that Kefka killed the grass.

Based on that, I think it's logical to assume that Kefka had a monopoly on the lawn mowing business, which would be his day job. I can see Umaro being the strong man/strong Sasquatch with a travelling circus and Cyan becomes an ageing hippy who attempts to stop biological and chemical warfare by spreading his flowers around the world (and he eventually started up SeeD as described by Squall when he's being tortured).
