#1 Lately I hear people calling the Final Fantasy VI advance for gba a remake. Am i the only one who doesnt think this is a remake? I think its more a port than a remake, at best maybe an 'expansion'. All thats happened is there are a few extra dungeons and a retranslation. I wouldnt even say the graphics got updated, just a few brighter palletes. Thats not to say its not great and all though To me a remake means that you change a majority of the game, like all the FFI remakes. Not just have stuff 'added' Does anyone think this way or do you imagine the music thats playing in Gau's father's house when you read my rambling? |

| | Im glad people agree with me, I only wanted to discuss this because of the "All the older ff's I-VI received remakes so FFVII should get one" reason i keep hearing and i thought maybe I was the noob. I was getting abit annoyed and wanted to make sure before i say something dumb Now i have to go correct people on the internet. It's a tough job but someones gotta do it! edit: on that note i also assume that everyone doesnt regard the ps1 version as a remake either... |

| Site Staff Cid's Knight | I wish they had included the completion percentage for each character when you beat the game, like in the PSOne version. I enjoyed having that stat to look over. |
