I believe you can still get him even if you get the the gold hairpin. second time I play through I will find out. but where is the other gold hairpin(s) at again? I know in the WOR, but I don't remember what area they were in.

I'd assume you can still get him in the Wor

If you get the gold hairpin in WOB, then mog is still obtainable in WOR
