Depends on the area and the store. I have bought things the day that it was supposed to be shipped. Whether or not that was a mistake on the stores part is none of my business. All I know is that it has happened before, and it made me very happy.

But I've never worked retail so maybe I got lucky.

That was a mistake on the store's part. The consumer isn't supposed to get FFVI Advance until tomorrow. That's why the release date is listed as February 5th on places like www.gamestop.com, because they ship it today and you receive it tomorrow. For in-store purchases it won't be available until tomorrow.

So I am told, oh well. I do love starting rants in the gamestop though (seeing as I know all the guys there xD) 'cause it's fun. Now I'm just sad. One of the guys thinks if they take away "Son of a Submariner" than they need to give Kefka's cussing back. You take something awesome, you give something that's suppose to be there.
