Considering FFV is the game most dismissive of Amano's input (such that even the Amano-friendly Dissidia refuses to give Butz his proper white hair), I don't think that's too much to worry about.

Is she the queen of Karnak? I've read "Lady Floating in Green," "Lenna," and "Queen of Karnak."

She is the Rosa/Aeris/Yuna/Penelo type character even though she was created long before most of these girls. But still those other girls still bring more to story than Lenna and are more appealing.

I tend to ignore that she's suppose to be the White Mage type and make her a Knight.

She looks completely unlike his known illustrations of Lenna, so it's probably not her. It could be the Queen of Karnak, I guess, or just some random picture he handed in without really trying to attach an in-game character to it. (See FFIII's "Yeah, here's a guy on a dinosaur horse, I guess he's a Light Warrior or something. Whatever!")
