Catoblepas

I didn't get Catoblepas when I had to and kept playing the game.

Can I go back any time in the game or I miss my chance?

How far are you in the game? I think that, as long as you can access that area, you can fight and receive Catoblepas at any point.

You cannot obtain Catoblepas. I believe that the Magic Lamp item and the Summon skill will allow you to randomly cast Catoblepas, but you cannot obtain Catoblepas normally in that playthrough.

If it's any consolation, Catoblepas is pretty useless. Speaking of Magic Lamps though, I never figured out how to recharge it after it starts spitting out weak summons every time it's used.
