if you define "use" as something that is consumed within the game, as in a potion, then no.

you must really look at the words of this riddle. there's no particular order or anything. what's important is to read the riddle well.

it says ipsens castle has me first and madain sari has me last, does this have something to do with the 4 mirrors from ipsens castle or the 4 jewels that brahne collects, or the 4 element shrines?
