First off, it's Loki's Lute. To get it, you need to search a floor that looks like a giant bridge maze in the Magnetic Cavern. It will be found in a box on a tiny islet somewhere in it.

you get Kain/Cecil/Rosa/Rydia/Edge's ultimate equipment in the last dungeon(50 floor) and in the core on the moon......you probably already know by the time i wrote this

nintendo didnt write back but if you want to know yourself about the best equipment available write to them yourselves for contact info go to nintendo.com or read nintendo power at the very back or the pulse section and you will get their address and e'mail
