I need a psx-translation or an already translated ROM of FFIV(SNES)!

is there anything like this out there in the net?

Translated to what language? English?
Just look on any ROM site (once in a while they get linked in this board) such as www.romnation.net.
Just make sure there is not a (J) close to the name,that would mean that the game is in Japanese.
