help where do i train ff4

dude im in the underworld and i need to train atleast 10 levels where should i train other then in the sealed cave cause thats where i am and i am training with all the trap door things

The trap doors are great for experience. Don't worry if one or two characters die per battle with them, that's normal.

Agreed, trap doors are your experience boosters during this part of the game.

If you really don't want to be in that cave.... hmmm, if you have float (or if you're brave, I've done it without before with lots of Cure2s in my inventory) go to the slyphan cave or the land of summoned monsters. I think the enemies are at a higher level there, you might get some decent experience.
