Check out the following underworld map from Final Fantasy IV Online - Underworld Map. The summoned monsters' town is at the bottom of the cave.

I think he means Mist, the village of summoners. not the town of summons.

sorry it's the Village of Summoned Monsters where you purchase the aegis shield for 20,000 gp........... hey darth it's not mist but thanks for replying........... and i don't think i can reach the Village of Summoned Monsters until i beat valvilas the wind devil in the first tower........... unless someone knows a way to beat him without esuna to cure the petrify status in which i don't have.......... that's why i was trying to find the Village of Summoned Monsters to purchase the aegis shield because it's the only armor that nullfies pretification in the game

You can't you have some way's to go, if you're still the tower of Zot, the Village of Summon Monsters is underground and you can only access it with an airship that fly over magma.

Since you are using the name Valvalis, I'm assuming you're playing the original SNES version when it was called FFII.

If you have an item called Heal it should remove the status. You need Kain constantly jumping and Cecil and Cid going to town with their weapons. Rosa should be using any support magic (Slow, Haste) as well as healing.

Cecil eventually learns Heal (Esuna) so you could always grind as well. I'm actually surprised Rosa doesn't have the spell to be honest.
