Just makes me that much more excited about this and eager to hear a US release date.

While I'm excited for most of the game. The decant thing kind of makes me sad. It kind of makes the unique skills of the non permanent party members almost worthless in novelty as now I can just give it to other people.

Not at all. Being able to give an ability to an additional character doesn't make that ability any less useful for its original owner. And you don't get a party member's Decant Items until he's already left the party, so while he's still aboard, you'll still be using him as intended.

Well that's a bit more assuring. Though I still dunno how I'd feel about Kain signing, or Rydia doing a kick. It all seems a little weird to me.

Oh, good, I always wanted to see Rydia and Rosa doing more physical attacks.

I hope that they announce the release date for this game in North America soon. I want to play it as soon as possible.
