This should be posted in the Final Fantasy IV forum, not here.

Odin: Use your strongest Thunder spells

Bahamut: Reflect on everybody before he casts Mega Flare

Make sure you constantly spam reflect on your party once your barrier falls against Bahumut, and don't do anything else because he will die shortly after receiving deflected Mega Flares.

For Odin make sure that you have your mages always casting strong thunder spells, your wht. mage healing and Cecil attacking as always.

Odin I found was more a matter of trying to kill him before he killed you ie: finish it quickly.

I think both fights are easiest before FuSoYa leaves the party. For Odin, spam him with Lit3's and Edge's Blitz while Cecil attacks. Rosa can cast Haste and stuff if she wants.
As for Bahamut, have FuSoYa and Rosa casting Wall/Reflect on everyone. That's about it.
