Where are the Dragons?

I can't find the Onion Equipment-dropping Dragons.

I'd like to create four FEOKs, but finding the Dragons seems like a hopeless mission.

Where are they?

In Sylx. They're supposed to be mega-rare. Like Pink Puff rare.

Dark World and Onion equipment...

Anyway, I really wouldn't bother. The amount of time it would take to fully equip even ONE Onion Knight would be phenomenal. Unless of course you want to use the item transformation cheat of course...
