Question: What's the "family" relation between Leon and Firion?

Nothing? Lionheart's only relative in FFII is Maria. They're siblings.

Which one is the main character again? Firion?

If it is then how about brother-in-law. I mean if Firion ever married that girl ( Maria? ) then they would be brother-in-laws. Wasn't there something between Firion and Maria? ( Hmph.....its been a while.

Making him their foster son.
Their parents got killed by the Emperor during
the invasion of Fynn.
