FFI [origins] - where's Flare?

when and where can i find the Flare spell??
i know it costs 60k at a Black Mage shop, but i still don't know where exactly to find it, and i need it to beat Tiamat

You don't really need it to beat Tiamat, you can use Bane.

Look for in open spot in the wall at the upper-right most corner of Lefein.

Same town, the different versions refer to various things by different names. Bane might be called Poison or something in Origins. I know it's called Scourge in DoS.

I believe that BRAK/Break also works on Tiamat.

but isn't Break an instant kill spell? (which there seems to be alot of in FFI)

Break petrifies, killing monsters, so what does it do to a boss like Tiamat?
