I got the Black Mage to wear heavier armour, gain more HP than normal and wield better weapons so that it could still deal decent damage while conserving its spell charges, then changed its wardrobe to this pimpin' red superhero costume.

I remember getting the very first issue of Nintendo Power all those years ago and there being a crazy Final Fantasy contest where if you sent in a thing proving you beat it you would be entered into a contest to be flown to some island and do some sort of treasure hunt or something, winning something or other.

Wait . . . that's for real.

I'm so awesome the game starts me off with fully maxed out equipment because I take as much time to get it after starting as it does to load it.
