My current party:

Fighter: MEAT (Needs no explanation)
Black Belt: QORN (Quorn; it's basically pseudo-meat and Black Belt is a sort of pseudo-Fighter in FF1 terms so it makes sense)
Red Mage: PIMP (DEFINITELY needs no explanation)
Thief: MINE (Even though he can't steal in this one)

I can't wait until the class change when I'll have two characters capable of casting FAST on themselves for pure asskick

Fighter - Thor (seems like a pretty badass name, plus he's from norse mythology)
Red Mage - Fred (couldn't think of anything else; Fred is just a cool sounding name, perhaps it was a tribute to Fred Weasely)
