Putting the word Spoiler in the thread title should inform people not to preview and if they still choose to preview it then that's their fault.

But then people who don't want spoilers will avoid the thread and be left out of the conversation because people won't bother tagging them if it's in the title. Plus SPOILERS IN HURR looks ugly

I'm sure someone could write a plugin for vB to strip out the contents of spoiler/snip tags from previews
