no more colored custom titles? I remember there wasa big fuss about it and how it's not fair and that it wasn't happening ever again and now everyones got one!

I always liked the idea. I always felt though, you give one person a shiny custom title, everyone's gonna want it and complain for it. And once you give something to everyone, it isn't really special anymore is it?
