User Notes are of more value to EoFF than Eyes on Each Other. Delete EoEO instead.

Now that I think about it, with the amount of posts and usernotes that Psychotic has combined, I'd say we may as well just delete him.

Or you could limit user notes to some arbitrary amount, 500-1000, and use a FIFO(first in, first out) approach to handling them.

Honestly though, if you want to clear out user notes and make everyone start fresh then I don't think anybody would mind. I'm just saying EoEO is a much better target!
