Anyway, its kind of a silly rule. I mean if it really doesn't have anything to do with the topic, its spam.

If the thread topic changes, oh well. It means that people think the new one is more interesting anyway, and that just your topic wasn't enough to interest people.

I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings, evastio, but threads would get pretty boring (and short!) if others couldn't share things that were related but not exactly the same xD I know I like the current dynamic dynamic :o

1) Your topic was "weird wedding stuff," not "gamer wedding stuff," so it entirely had to do with the topic.

2) Like Roto said, the threads are about the topics, not the creators or whose post is 'teh cooliest.'

I just find it a little inconsiderate to the thread maker. I've seen it happen a quite a few times (not just to myself) and I think it's an inconsiderate thing to do to the thread maker. It's not just because they're stealing their thunder, but sometimes people can actually change around the topic quite a lot. I know in my case that didn't happen, but it has happened here on some EoFF threads.
