Hmm, as far as I can tell, they're just nothing. I don't see any PMs that I'm missing(still have ones from my newbie days), so I'd say it'd be safe to delete them.

Did any of you notice any unaccountable jumps in your PMs a couple of weeks ago?

It seemed like someone had an issue where they had unread pms but they didn't actually exist-- that may be an unrelated vb issue though

Unless you want to lose PMs permanently without knowing what the PMs contained, I suggest leaving them there for now. There is still the possibility that the issue will get fixed.

I never messed around with the pmtext table, hence the problem that existed a long time ago is still very much here.
