| Site Staff Cid's Knight | It does it in IE too ![]() I usualy just push back, then reclick the thread. If my post didn't go through I use quick reply again and it goes right away. Of course, I always copy big/important posts before quick reply because I've lost too many posts over the years that way. |

| Site Staff Cid's Knight | It's not a browser thing, it's a bug in the forum software. It can't reconcile posting your message as the first on a new page with actually posting it. It seemed like it used to just add it on to the end of the page, but they changed something and broke it. The only reason it should change if it's this bug and not just the server being slow is if someone posts in the interim. Clicking go advanced is the easiest way to get your post made, you won't lose anything (because the quick reply box is an ajax creature, it goes away when you load a new page) |
