I don't really mind if people who constantly break the rules get banned... but shouldn't final warnings expire as "final warnings" after like a year? 'Cause if you only screw up once a year, that's not really that much of a problem

I think it's mostly the anti-spam policy that's considered strict. Of course, people were complaining about the spam awhile back, but most of what was getting posted then wasn't funny, whereas PiP's FFX-2 threads were mostly hilarious.
