It's automatically bringing up users whose names are similar to the one currently in the field. Surely you've seen something like this before.

Loony bob penetrated me et al. were created by Psychotic on August 25 for reasons which are unclear to me, but they're no secret.

I would have thought that those usernames would have been deleted. Having said that, "dr unne is gay" survived for at least two years before being given the chop.
