Spoony Bards
The Spoony Bards started as a small musical community that would gather around the industrial ports, but after a few troubles with other gangs trying to get their hands on goods and a few 'incidents' with their musical group, they decided to better arm themselves, not standing for such things. Since then, the Spoony Bards has managed to cover every inch of the industrial ports, gaining almost complete control of shipments going both in and out.

The Bards border with three other gangs - the Turks in a small area to the North, allowing trade between the two groups (the Turks covering the industrial zones of EoF City, this is vital - although not without the odd problem of who controls what). To the East they tie up with Nemingway's Hood, a newer rising group in the commercial portlands. Finally, in the South, they meet up over a large area with Fat Chocobo's, where they can put their music to audience when they feel like it, providing both gangs with a strong income when business is good.
