Yes, please complain. I do get around quite a bit, when it comes to usernotes ;D, but I don't visit everyone's obviously. That said, I haven't come across any that have been "offensive." I'm on the lookout.

I mod my own usernotes, and if I happen to see some crap going on in someone else's usernotes I'll mod that too.

If I see someone excessively spamming in usernotes, I sometimes run an SQL query to delete all the notes they've ever made
