I think it would be a brilliant idea to put a 'forum jump' bar at the top of each forum page as well as the bottom.

Is this a possibility?

Or is there as much chance of it happening as there is of Liverpool winning the Champions League?

It would require a few template modifications. Threadbit, postbit, USERCP, FORUMHOME, etc.

I feel that implimenting this idea, while not really a bad suggestion, would be a waste of resources.
